Research: constant update of the new fashion trends, of materials and of accessories related to the novelty of the season, research of the most suitable production area for an updated, competitive, and quickly realized product. Every season we renew and upgrade our archive of proposals with ready samples, embroideries, pictures that are at our customer’s disposal to plan and develop his own styles.
Study and design: also during the process of design we help the customer with our technical experience and with our knowledge of the production areas in China for the best solution of the future production.
Prototype: the first step is the development of the prototype sample that can be made up to the customer’s needs. A lot of companies prefer to make the paper patterns and the prototype samples by themselves in Italy and then make the salesman samples in China. For some other customers we make and develop the prototype samples by the Chinese manufacturers working on a purchased sample, on a paper pattern or simply having one picture and a technical sketch of the garment to realize. The samples of the collection are made for the salesmen or for the customer’s show room: the samples are realized using the materials, of the colours and with the accessories selected specifically by the customers and then they are assigned to the salesmen.
Order: it is managed in its all parts, starting from adjusting the fitting of the styles, selecting and making to realize the materials and the accessories that were selected, instructing about the labels and the packaging, to finish with the final control of the production. We give our support about all the documents needed, our customers can count on our logistical knowledge included the documents and the certifications requested to let the production to get to destination.
